Here's a card we did for class last wednesday.  The girls all had fun making a mess with the ink to embossing folder technique. LOL!! We added the lamp post (not pictured) on the other side of the house to give it even a smookier (as Austin says) look.

Can't believe it's already July!  This year as it seems every year has flown on by.  With the launch of the new catalog and the Fourth of July Holiday I was so excited to see that we now offer star framelits!!! Yay!! So in love with them and how perfect for 4th of July.  I don't send out cards for the 4th and maybe I should but these that I have created will be little holiday decor around my house along with the very adorable PAPER PUMPKIN that came this month!!

Vintage Baseball Baby Shower Card

I have a Mommy-to-be friend who is doing the adorable theme of vintage baseball in her son's nursery.  The baby shower theme matched the room to a tee.  So cute! So of course I wanted to come up with a cute card for the gift.  After doing a little bit of searching I found a couple of ideas and went with it.  Here is my version of the baseball card. I wanted a vintage look so I used very vanilla and sponged crumb cake over it.  Using the vanilla gave it that old warn clay look like an old baseball. The picture doesn't do it justice!
